We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a key role in generating sales and revenue by selling insurance policies to individuals or businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to identify customer needs, explain policy options, and provide guidance on insurance coverage. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
Prospecting and generating leads through various channels, such as cold calling, referrals, networking, and online platforms.
Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products and coverage.
Presenting and explaining insurance policy options to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and pricing.
Customizing insurance policies to meet individual customer needs and budgets.
Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving concerns or complaints.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and generate repeat business.
Keeping up-to-date with insurance industry trends, products, and regulations.
Collaborating with underwriters and other insurance professionals to ensure policy issuance and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and policy information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other tracking systems.
