Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive growth. If you have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify Opportunities:

Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
Analyze market trends and competitors to develop business strategies.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals.
Set and track performance targets for sales and growth.
Sales and Negotiation:

Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profit.
Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support business growth.
Coordinate with the finance team to develop budgets and financial forecasts.
Reporting:

Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market analysis.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data and trends.
Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for improving sales processes and customer interactions.
Implement best practices for business development and client management.
Networking:

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build relationships and expand the company's presence.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other events.
Training and Development:

Train and mentor junior business development staff, providing guidance and support.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Mandatory Requirements of Candidates : 


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or Preferred Masters Holder in ANY BUSINESS PRINCIPLES with ANY Professional Certification (IN Marketing or Social Media)
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required.
